Jewelry Safety

All of our boutique items have been made with meticulous care.  We strive to make all of our jewelry strong by using only the best quality materials, but no piece of jewelry can ever be guaranteed not to break.  Therefore, please never leave a child unattended while they are wearing jewelry of any kind.

Bracelet Sizing

The best way to choose a bracelet size is to actually measure the wrist of the intended recipient.  Measure the wrist with a flexible, soft tape measure just below the bone (below the bone is after your wrist bone, towards your hands). General recommendation for sizing an adult bracelet is to add approximately ¾ - 1 inch to your wrist measurement to determine what size you should order. For children and infants adding approximately ½ inch should be sufficient.  If your wrist is small, add up to 1¼ inches.  When measuring, take into consideration how loose or tight you prefer to wear your bracelet.

Please Note: Depending on the beads used in making your bracelet - your bracelet may vary from the size you specified by up to approximately 1/8 inch. We make all bracelets as close as possible to the size you order.

If you are giving the bracelet as a gift or just can not get a wrist measurement, the following guides might prove helpful.  Please keep in mind that these are just general size recommendations, children all grow differently and are different sizes at different ages.

Anklet Sizing

To obtain an accurate anklet measurement, wrap a tape measure around your ankle, then take that number and add ½ inch (e.g., if your ankle measures 9", then your anklet size will be 9½"). If basing your size on an anklet you presently own, include the clasp when stating your measurement.

Again, it is best to actually measure the ankle.  If this can not be done, here are some general guidelines.
